Abiding in the Shadow, on display at Amway Grand Plaza for the duration of ArtPrize
Kent County DPW hosted the national Building Materials Reuse Association conference, September 19-21, 2018, and since it was the kickoff week for ArtPrize, we put together a cool map of over 80 artists who are using reclaimed materials in the majority of their ArtPrize entry. These artists were eligible to win an independent award, sponsored by BMRA, in recognition of their decision to reimagine what could have been trash into something much more interesting! Through a public vote, the winner was Abiding in the Shadow!
