Whether your candidate or proposal won or lost, you can vote for recycling and WIN by dropping off old election signs at the Kent County Recycling Center at 977 Wealthy SW in Grand Rapids (open Monday-Friday 7:30am-5pm)! Boxes for your election signs (separate the metal stake from the paper or plastic sign) are on the west end of the property. Please don’t put election signs in your curbside collection carts or in the recycling station mixed recycling boxes because they cause jams and tangles and get mixed in with cardboard in the sorting equipment. Thanks for your vote!
