The following services at that facility (977 Wealthy St. SW Grand Rapids) are affected:
Friday 7/21 & Monday 7/24: No commercial recycling hauler access
Friday 7/21 & Monday 7/24: Residents bringing recyclables to the Wealthy St. Recycling Drop-Off Station will not be using the drop-off window and will instead use the designated recycling dumpsters during the repairs.
Monday 7/24: Recycling & Education Center Open Hours — CANCELLED

After Hours Service Fee
After closing hours we refuse the admittance of any additional customers. Customers that remain on the premises and are not done dumping by our closing time, a surcharge will be added to the tipping fee. This will cover all extra manpower and equipment costs that are incurred by the Department of Public Works. This is our policy and we can make NO EXCEPTIONS.
The surcharge fees are currently as follows:
Up to 15 minutes = $45
16-30 minutes = $90
31-45 minutes = $135
46-60 minutes = $180
For each additional unit time increment add $45.
