After receiving a grant from Michigan’s Department of Environment, Great Lakes, & Energy (EGLE), Kent County Dept. of Public Works is offering a series of free tire recycling collection events during the Fall of 2021.
- Free tire recycling at this event
- Kent County residents only — I.D. REQUIRED
- Maximum of 10 tires per vehicle
- Passenger tires only (car/SUV/pick-up truck). No tractor, semi, or loader tires.
- Tires must be off the rim and clean
- This recycling event is for residents only — no businesses or non-profits.
CAN’T MAKE THIS OR ANY OF THE OTHER TIRE RECYCLING COLLECTIONS?
Tires are also accepted for recycling at North Kent Recycle & Waste Center and South Kent Waste & Recycle Center year round for a $4-$6 fee.
